Our Curriculum

Our structured learning path is designed to take you from your very first knot to advanced artistic expressions. Each level builds upon the last, ensuring a solid foundation of safety, technique, and trust as you progress through the world of Shibari.

• Beginners (1 & 2): The perfect starting point for those new to bondage. We guide you through the basics of rope safety, communication, and foundational knots. Focus on learning the "language" of rope and basic floor ties.
• Novice (1 & 2): The bridge between the basics and advanced techniques. This session focuses on the "flow" of the art. Focus on smoother rope handling, moving freely on the floor, and adding creativity and sensuality to your ties.
• Intermediate: Ready to move away from the floor? This level introduces the technical requirements for verticality. Focus on safely executing semi-suspensions and the setup/usage of uplines.
• Expert: The pinnacle of our series, where trust and technique meet high-altitude artistry. Mastering the complexities and safety protocols of full suspensions.

• Partnership: Shibari is an art of connection. We strongly advise participating with a fixed partner (rope bunny) to ensure comfort and consistent progress.
• Safety First: All workshops are led by experienced riggers from S4Kink and The Boots, prioritizing physical and emotional safety at every level.
